The Pharmacy Driver will be responsible for transporting medications and healthcare products between our pharmacy and various customer locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.\n\u2022 Safely transport medications and healthcare products to and from customer locations in a timely manner.\n\u2022 Verify accuracy of deliveries by comparing delivery contents with delivery manifest.\n\u2022 Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.\n\u2022 Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating delivery vehicle.\n\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including friendly interactions with customers and timely delivery of medications.\n\u2022 Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or other relevant information.\n\u2022 Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicle as needed.\n\u2022 Report any vehicle maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\u2022 High school graduate or GED;\n\u2022 One (1) year transportation experience required;\n\u2022 Knowledge of local, state and federal Transit Administration, US Department of Transportation, Federal Drug and Alcohol, state driver hours of service;\n\u2022 Demonstrates customer services orientation as well as oral and written communication skills;\n\u2022 Experience with diverse work forces and customer populations;\n\u2022 Safe driving practices and procedures;\n\u2022 Ability to read and interpret road signs in English; Bilingual, English/Spanish is preferred;\n\u2022 Ability to be a team player; support and assist team members.
