Company Description\nThis is a Full-Time OR Part-Time Amazon Package delivery driver position with SoCal 101 Logistics LLC, delivering packages for Amazon. Work location is in the Glendale area.\nJob Description\nHighlights:\n\u2022 Immediate full time openings available for Amazon Package delivery driver\n\u2022 4 days on 3 days off with 5th work day available\n\u2022 Potential to earn bonuses every day worked\n\u2022 Pr\n...\nomotions to other positions will be available\n\u2022 Prior DA experience with an Amazon DSP is a plus\nBenefits & Scheduling:\n\u2022 4 days on 3 days off with 5th work day available\n\u2022 $22.50 - $23.00 starting hourly rate based on DA tenure and past performance (paid biweekly)\n\u2022 $22.50 starting hourly rate for drivers with no DA experience or less than 90 days DA tenure\n\u2022 Performance bonuses available weekly for delivery drivers\n\u2022 8-10 hours of work available every shift (time and a half after first 8 hours).\n\u2022 Paid overtime\n\u2022 Paid training\n\u2022 Medical and Dental insurance / 401K and Tuition reimbursement\n\u2022 Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment\nEquipment Provided:\n\u2022 Delivery Vehicle & Gas\n\u2022 Handheld technology\n\u2022 Delivery driver uniforms\n\u2022 Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\n\u2022 Successfully handle and deliver packages on time\n\u2022 Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies\n\u2022 Delivery Drivers should provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions\n\u2022 Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations\n\u2022 Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed\n\u2022 Delivery Drivers will need to use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members\n\u2022 Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle\n\u2022 Delivery driver will support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
