Job Description Empire Building Diagnostics is seeking a commercial driver with an existing CDL. Roll-Off experience a plus. The driver will be tasked with driving a roll-off truck as well as making deliveries to job sites as needed. Looking for a driver with a positive attitude to grow with our company. Duties and Responsibilities: Roll Off Drivers typically work weekdays (Monday thru Friday). Empire Building Diagnostics Roll Off Drivers typically begin work at 7:00 am each day or at a time designated by the supervisor. Expectations: • Work safely, professionally and efficiently with other drivers, customers, supervisors, and landfill staff. • Hook/Unhook load at delivery and pickup. • Tarping of all loads with Auto-tarper. • Occasional realignment of loads prior to tarping. • Filling out load reports or other paperwork legibly and accurately each day. • Handling deliveries of small equipment and helping job sites get set up. • Prior construction site experience preferred. • Turn in proper paperwork each day by a designated time. Required Training/Prerequisites: • YOU MUST HAVE A CDL CLASS B FOR THIS POSITION. • You must have at least 2 years of commercial driving. • You must pass a Pre-Employment DOT physical, as well as a drug test. Education and Certifications: Commercial Driver's License - Copy must be provided with application.
